30-day returns. Free replacements for anything defective, damaged or incorrect.

30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and protective film. Robots that have been used, mapped or registered to an app can be returned only if defective.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, we make it right at no cost: replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video.

How to start a return

1. Email support@robovacdepot.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Please don't ship anything back without an RA number — unauthorized returns can't be processed.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it with a tracked service. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping; for defective, damaged or incorrect items we send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees on international orders are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

Need a different model or accessory? The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order — that way your replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to arrive.

Non-returnable items

• Opened consumables: cleaning solution, mop pads, filters and bags that have been removed from sealed packaging
• Items returned after 30 days or without an RA number
• Items damaged by misuse, liquid, or unauthorized repair

Warranty support

Manufacturing defects reported within 12 months of delivery are handled by our support team. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund under our warranty terms.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued, please use the 30-day return process instead.
