Free US shipping. Dispatch within 3 business days. Tracked delivery in 7–10 business days.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your shipping email or the Track Order page. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Duties, taxes & customs (international)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and peak-season volume can add time. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. Packages returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, or unclaimed) are refunded minus the actual shipping cost incurred.
Damaged or lost in transit
Received a damaged box or a package marked delivered that never arrived? Email support@robovacdepot.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll file the carrier claim and send a replacement or refund — you won't be left chasing a courier.
